The under seams of the sleeves are then sewn together and attached to the armholes of the back and front sections, and the rest of the pieces, such as the cuffs, collars, zips, and other finishing pieces, attached according to the design of the garment.
Next, is a moulding and pressing process, which uses heat and steam, in conjunction with blocking, in order to give collars and cuffs the correct contour, and to give each of the leather jackets its distinctive shape. Each and every garment is then checked by hand, after which it is placed in a plastic bag, and then a carton, before being dispatched to various retailers.
